DESIGN YOUR OWN HOME WORKOUT PROGRAM

Create a home workout program tailored to fit any need or the for the content of available equipment. Sources for creating a program comes from instruction videos, magazines, internet, and books on fitness. Using these sources provides a choice of aerobic activity, strength training, balance, and stability exercises. Applying the method of mixing exercises on a regular basis excites results. It takes a well laid out plan for a weekly exercise program to operate
Plan a routine for the week.

Write a list of exercises in order on a sheet of paper. If the exercises come from DVD’s mark the title of the DVD and the time where the exercise appears.

Alternate the exercise routines on a weekly basis. This will always ensure muscle confusion. Employing this method will avoid hitting a plateau and ensures progression.

Choose the necessary exercise equipment and have it ready before each workout.

Write into the weekly plan day or days of rest period during the week for muscle recuperation.

Plan a 5 day routine followed by a 3 day routine. The following week may be a 4 day workout. These variations are important to avoid over training. Proper rest periods are important for muscle recuperation.

Vary the intensity of the workout by intermingling different types of exercises. Begin with a pilates or yoga routine to get the muscles stretched and warmed up. The second phase is aerobics that places the body in a fat burning mode. Followed by a dumbbell workout for toning and sculpting.

The exercise sources may be derived from books, videos, the internet, or magazines.
An adequate library of exercises allows for a larger selection of training. This includes sources that include core workouts. Calisthenics teach the body’s muscles to function as one unit and efficiently burns body fat.
Gradually add more inexpensive pieces of equipment to increase the variety of the workout.
Deliberate adding calisthenics to the plan. These exercises use nothing more than body weight.
A few more inexpensive pieces of equipment to consider are pieces of equipment such as floor gliders and kettlebells.
Download the workout DVD’s to a computer to create a tailored workout DVD. Building a personalized workout DVD saves time from switching DVD’s and searching for exercises during a workout.
Other pieces of equipment is acquired by implementing household object such a milk jugs filled with sand or water. Canned goods are readily available hand weights.
Look online for used home equipment. It can usually be purchased for a fraction of retail price.

EXERCISE WRINKLES AWAY

Wrinkles happen naturally with age as elasticity begins to fail. There are a few other outside influences such as diet, pollution, and cigarette smoke. There are options of costly cosmetic surgery, but there are a few measures that can be taken to help the body produce healthy looking young skin.

Support system
1)Building lean muscle mass beneath the skin acts as a support system. Collagen is a fibrous connective tissue that bonds the skin and muscle together. Dr. Baumann’s studies determined that collagen diminishes by 1% every year after the age of twenty one. Exercising can help alleviate the wrinkling of skin by creating a stronger bond between skin and muscle.

Circulation
2) Exercising delivers important nutrients and oxygen to skin for revitalization through the circulatory system. Dr, Audrey Kunin, a Kansas City Dermatologist, supports this claim. Exercise increases the transport of healthy fats to cell walls preventing cell destruction caused by free radicals. More positive aspects include carrying away damaging waste material from the skin as well. A combination of aerobic and strength building exercises produces healthy skin.

Skin
3) The skin is the largest organ on the human body. As a person ages the epidermal cells become thinner. Exercising on a regular basis keeps pores open maintaining fresh and healthy skin. According to Heather Brannon M.D., “Exercise enhances the circulation process and sends blood to your skin. This is extremely helpful in preventing those dreadful wrinkles.”

Stress
4)Stress is a major contributor for premature aging. When Cortisol, the stress hormone, levels soar it causes damage to healthy skin cells. Exercise such as Yoga facilitates a reduction in stress. More than 15 million U.S. adults practice yoga, according to a survey by Yoga Journal.

Hydration
5) Proper hydration plays an important role in exercise and healthy skin. The body requires more hydration as activity levels increase. Water hydrates the skin and keeps it plumped and looking younger. Water helps transport important elements to the skin and removes toxins through sweat. The American College of Sports recommends that 16 ounces of water should be consumed 2 hours before engaging in any workout program.

BUILD MUSCLE WITH SARSAPARILLA ROOT

Clinical studies diminishes the fact that sarsaparilla promotes muscle growth in the human body. Not directly, but indirectly, yes, the possibilities are boundless. Here is something to strongly consider. The effect about gaining muscle mass is rooted in the properties of this herb. When the systems of your body operate efficiently it does leave more time for the body to build. The absence of toxins and waste allows for your body to build new tissue without hindrance of diverting the bodies anabolic process to unnecessary clean ups. Elemental building functions become induced in this manner.

Properties
Sarsaparilla root contains vitamins, minerals and a few amino acids that are essential for building healthy tissue in the body. Vitamins A, B-complex, C, and D are found in Sarsaparilla. Minerals such as iron, iodine, zinc, copper, manganese, silicon, sodium, and sulfur are also included in the spectrum of building elements. Amino acids are the building block of proteins and sarsaparilla includes methionine which is not synthesized within the body and must be ingested.

Cleanser
Sarsaparilla cleanses the blood and detoxifies the body. It has the ability to stimulate the removal of waste products from the lymphatic system. This systems’ primary function is the prevention of infectious diseases. It’s values do go way beyond this one mention. It disposes of uric acid in the vital system of the kidneys, and it plays host to eliminating other waste products that can accumulate in the bodies’ systems. One other amino acid cleansing contributor that sarsaparilla incorporates is cysteine. It is this sulphur compound of this element that generates cleansing.

Heavy metals
These metals are a cause to de-habilitating the physiological structure that leads to premature aging, breaking down the body at a cellular level.
You are literally bombarded from every direction with heavy metals either from breathing, direct consumption, and absorption through the skin. Sarsaparilla is proficient of removing these detrimental metals from your system.

Other benefits
Among its broad spectrum of qualities here are some others that hold a positive effect on your body. Promotion of blood circulation, stimulates metabolism, balance of the glandular system, increases energy and recuperation time. It also speedily correlates the healing of joint pain due to injury or arthritis.

Myth exposed
It has never been proven that sarsaparilla promotes anabolic activity. Saponins and plant sterols are compounds found in the herb and have been used to synthesize estrogen and testosterone in the laboratory, but this chemical transformation has never been proven to occur in the human body.

Conclusion
Even though sarsaparilla is not directly related to building muscle, it is without question linked to facilitating a healthy body leading up to building muscle tissue and a healthy body.
